Meridians and Movement
Bill's research showed how the energetics of Chinese Medicine were explained by the way in which babies develop both mind and body through movement. His teaching is profound and practical and shows how to help people to take charge of their wellbeing and value themselves for what they are rather than feeling victimised by their complaints.
Ability, Exploration and Experiments
The main focus of Movement Shiatsu is to help someone find their place of ABILITY rather than revolving around their problems. From this empowered place, we use a range of techniques to help the person EXPLORE themselves and to EXPERIMENT with their habitual patterns through guided movement. The receiver can develop a personal Qigong from these explorations which help them take the lessons of the session into the rest of their lives.
Open to All
You do not need to have any prior knowledge Chinese Medicine or Shiatsu to do the course and people from many disciplines have found it inspiring and relevant to their work and self-development. On the other hand, if you are a Shiatsu practitioner, the course will give you fresh methods of making your sessions more interactive and alive.
