An Intro to the 1st Family Earth & Metal of the Tai Yin (Lung & Spleen) and Yang Ming (Large Intestine & Stomach): We'll explore Asking for and Getting our Needs met in Treatment and Negotiating Boundaries.

The first of a series of three introductory workshops - each is self-contained and provides opportunity to sample aspects of Movement Shiatsu, 6-Forms of Touch and Inner Qigong that are the basis of all Ki Kai courses.

These workshops are also a taster for those looking to join Ki Kai Certificate (1st year) and Diploma (2nd and 3rd year) in Movement Shiatsu and to experience our informal teaching style in a friendly and supportive learning environment.
